Vicar of Christ not Vicar of the Son of God

The Adventist Church is bent on proving that the Catholic Churc is the Anti Christ  to them the other name for the Pope is Viar of the Son ojf God in Latin is  Vicarius Filli Dei in Roman numerals sums up to 666 the Anthi Christ in the book of Revelation.


To understand the falsehood of this (seemingly immpresive discovery) the Following clarifications are important.

The word Vicar in my understanding means someone who acts in place of the owner or the head of an institition.

Vicar of CHRIST not vicar of the Son of God 

The word Christians is = disciples of Christ which implies that the leader of all christians is Jesus Christ.The person who physically represent Him  will lmogically be known as the representative of Christ or Vicar of Christ.Even if we  are  to involve the Nameof God in the appellation it will logically be called Vicar of Christ the Son jf God. Not Vicar of the Son of God.

It is like say Peter the Son of John creats a company if he happens to be abscence his reopresentative will be best known as Vicar of Peter or Vicar of Peter the Son of John . If you simply calls him Vicar of the son John.Where then is Peter-s identity?

When did  we started calling the papal office vicarete  of Christ or the Pope Vicar of Christ.?

In the book of Mathew 16,13-18 ."..........You are Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church......."
Christ formally apointed Peter the head of the Catholic (Universal) Church.To better understand that it is to Petter Christ spoke and not to all Christians read also Jn 1,42".......You are Simon Son of John from now you will be called Peter....", in Jn 21,15-17 Christ  befor going to heaven confirmed Peter as a shephered of his sheep.

Peter  with his brothers the apostles have a universal (Catholic) mission Jn 20,21-23 Matt.28,18-20, Marc.16,15-18.

Jesus in his lifetime prayed for the unity of all faithfuls Jn 17,20-21.

This is to say Jesus worked  and prayed for the unity of His Church.
Till the end of time there shall be as many (Bishops )succesors of the apostles in  proportion to the growth of the Church and only one succesor of Peter the Vicar of Christ for the universal Church

The Vicar of Christ cannot be the Beast   because it is the name of the office and not the personne occupying the office.  Read Rev 13, 18......because the number stand for a human name, its name is 666.

If according to the 7 day Adventist Vicar of Christ  the Bishop of Rome is the beast  it theirfore means that Saint Peter the first Vicar of Christ  was also a Beast!!!!!!!!!!!

It therefore also means Christ was anti- Christ!!!!!!!!!

Heaven and earth will pass away my remains. In Matt. 16,13-18 ".........Forces or darkness shall not prevail over it......." The 7 day adventist seems to be consciously or unconsciously playing the game of the anti - Christ.

Emperor Constantine the lay emperor whom God used as a tool to spread His Church understood whio was Saint better more than the 7 day adventhist Church . That is why he built the Basilica you see below in honour of the Saint Peter  first Vicar of Christ .
