French Francs only good for the blacks?

I tried to recollect the French Colonies all over the world including Africa and discovered only the black African Countries Currency the F CFA is still managed by the Frenbch Treasury.

African countries former French Colonies  whose leaders color is close to that of Europeans manage their currency these include Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania, Madagascar, Small Djibouti,Algeria.

I then asked myself this question ,Are black Africans too dull to manage their currency? The Answer is no Because all anglophone black Africans manage their currencies  including countries whose population is not up to 1million like Gambia who share the same ehtnic group with Senegal whose currency is managed from France.

The next question, Is it that by allowing our currency to be managed by the French treasury  our economies develope faster? The answer  is a big no, because of the 10 economies with the fastest growth rate in Africa 7 are countries with total sovereignty over their currency, Rwanda; Tanzania; Djibouti;:Mozambique,Siera Leone,Uganda. The three Fanc zonz Countries include Ivory Coast, Senegal, Central African Repubublic.. Ivory Coast and CAR is because of reconstruction after the civil war .

So why is it that African Countries still entrust 50 percent of their Foreign reserves to the French Treasury close to  60 years after the so called indipendence? Why is it that they are still French representatives in the board of Directors of our central Banks and with a blocking minority vote  when they have no shares there in?

Why should black Africa still be treated like slaves in the  21st Centhury?Are we a cursed race? Have GOD forgotten us.I believe no.
