Nsimalen, the Fatima of Cameroun

 
The sun thrilled the Pilgrims with some accrobatic display .Faithful  could look directly at the sun without being affected by the rays.




Saturday the 12th of August beginning 10 am all roads led to Nsimalen the Marian Sanctuary in Yaounde just a stone through behind the Cameroons Capital lone international Airport.

Faithful started the day with a penitential march From Oja some 6 kilometers to the Sanctuary. Other pilgrims arrived by Bus, taxi cabs etc and by 6 pm close to 10 000 pilgrims assisted in the first mass presided at by the metropolitan Arch Bishop of Yaounde .

This was followed by the Rosary recitation and at 10 30 Pm there was a conference on Martyrdom. Animated by two professors: Jean Paul Messina of the Pontifical academy of Historical Science and Dr Nje Nje  a Psychologist.

According to Professor Messina Martyr is the authentic witness of the revealed truth. A martyr is ready to give up his life for this truth. He cannot retract in face of any adversity.

Martyr is someone who is killed for his or her religious conviction. He informed us that between AD 303 and 306 the Egyptian Monarchy murdered on average 30 Christians a day...
Thetulien in the 3rd century said the blood of Martyrs was seed for the expansion of evangelization.

Those martyrising the Church in modern times include exoteric sects like the Rose Croix, the Franc masons etc under this categories Bishop Balla of Bafia is the latest example of modern Martyrs.

Dr Nje Nje the psychologist defined who is not a martyr.
He is not one who pronounces himself one, He is not someone who commits suicide, and He is not someone who deliberately takes the lives of others in the name of his convictions like the Boko Aram.

12 midnight another Eucharistic Celebration presided at by Bishop Lotsi of Yokadouma and concelebrated by some 16 Priests and deacons.

After the 630 am mass and around 10 am as some pilgrims were leaving the site, faithful wear trilled by the miracle of the Sun. The sun performed some acrobatics and faithful could look directly at the sun rays without any probem.I was a living witness.
