President Obama is of Cameroonian descent!

President Paul Biya and President Obama :The two probably have got the same ancestors ,the -Betis-  lords of the equatorial Forest.

Some few weeks  ago I turned to one local FM station: Kiss FM in Yaounde;a cameroonian writter name Raphael M Obollo was being interviewed on his book "les origins Cameroonais de Barack Obama"

According to the said book Barack Obama,s grand father hails from Wankwa village in  Saa in the Lekie division of the centre region of Cameroon.

His childhood name was Obama Mbita.In his mature age he found himself in spanish equitorial Guinea in 19 21 (how he got there I don;t know because I caught up late with the interview) there he was recruited by British mechant sheep that wanted labour for   the english farms in Kenya.

While in Kenya Obama Mbita fell in love with the moslem religion and was baptised and renamed  Husien A. (I did get the second name correctly)He got married and when Barack Obama,s father was delivered of his father (the grand father of President Obama) gave his son his original chidhood name   Obama.

According to this author(who worn the price of the best youth reseacher)the great grand fathers of Barack Obama,s grave has been   identified and rebuilt  in his village of Wankwa in the Lekie division of Cameroon.

The guy is prctically living in hiding; because according to him a certain professor-whose audio cassette he played with the said prof talking and claiming amongst other things that he was the author of    "les origins Cameroonais de Barack Obama"-his  reseach findings and may want to eliminate him.

Chad,Federal system of government to be introduced

President Idris Derby,"I will introduce the Federal system of Government if re-elected"


President Idris Derby of Tchad said he will introduce the federal system of government if re-elected in the presidential elections next april 2016.He said this in his acceptance speech to stand as candidate for his political party.

If this is applied it will be the first of its kind in a Francophone Country .

The advantages of a Federal system

Amongst other advantages I can enumerate the following,
1) reduced cost in the provision of basic amenities e.g in Cameroon it is common knowlege that Chinesse Companies are extracting underground portable water in Douala for less than two million where the average drilling dept is 60metres , in Yaounde for less than 3 million where the average drilling dept is 100metres , in the extreme Noth for less than 2 millions where the average drilling dept is 30metres.When it is central Government providing the very  water one stand  pipe of extracted water is estimated at 16 million.The local Government providing the very service will obviously do it for at least four time cheaper  than the central administration.

2) The productivity of regional and local employees will more tha triple that of federal employees because of close supervision of their employer the local authority

Inconveniences of a federal government

Some states might in the long run ask for full indipendence,This can be taken care of by the constitution and also with the Federal government having as its preserve ministries of Sovereignty, Defence, Foreign affaires , Security and I will add Basic education If I can go by the failed example of Nigeria where the Northern States have not been able to improve the scholarisation rate despite the assistance of the Federal Government.

The  doubling of services :federal assemblies ,  regional assemblies ; federal government , regional government will weigh much on the Government wallet. The improved efficiency in the privision of state services and in  the construction of investment infrastructures will by far outweigh these inconveniences.

  • La consommation d’aliments ou de boissons qui ont été manipulés par une personne infectée.

  • La consommation de fruits de mer provenant de fonds marins contaminés par les eaux usées, ou par la consommation de fruits et légumes crus, qui peuvent avoir été fertilisés avec des déchets humains.

Quels sont les symptômes?

• Les symptômes prennent habituellement de une à trois semaines à se manifester une fois qu’une personne est infectée.
• Certaines personnes ne présentent aucun symptôme alors que d'autres peuvent avoir de la fièvre, des maux de tête, une constipation ou une diarrhée, de la fatigue et une perte d'appétit.
• Dans les cas plus graves, les symptômes peuvent empirer et causer des complications potentiellement mortelles, notamment une hypertrophie du foie et de la rate ou une hémorragie intestinale.

Enlever la parti extérieur de l:aie  écraser ensuite pour obtenir la pâte de l;aie ,laisser l;aie dans sa forme pâteuse pendant pendant au moins 5 minutes ,mesurer la patte de l;aie dans un cuiller a soupe -il faut que sa soit remplir en débordant- mettez le dans une tasse du lait tiède au froid  ,ceci est une dose du traitement.

Posologie  (comment prendre le traitement)

une  verre du lait mélangé avec une cuiller a soupe  débordant le martin; même traitement a midi  et le même dans la soirée  pendant sept jours.

Pendant les premiers quatre jours  associe associe les comprimés qui régule la température comme l;aspirine ou le paracétamol pendant chaque dose.

Tu devrait être guérir dans le septième jours.Pour ceux qui ont les moins ils peuvent aller pour une test de contrôle.

Restoration of lake Tchad through intensive human labour is possible

 

 From 26000 square kiometres in the sixties to barely 1350sqkm today

  Lake tchad is dieing and if it finally  dies out this will be an ecological  and  economic disaster for the sub region.The region has a permanent commission, Lake Tchad basin Commission LCBC .Which is made up of  Cameroon ;Nigeria, Niger, Tchad with head quarters in Njamena Tchad.This commission which is in place since 1964 has helplessly  seen the lake dwindle from 26 000 sq kilometrers in 1964 to roughly 1350sqkilometres presently.

Studies has been sponsored, the most recent was in  2009  which  cost the LCBC members states a colosal amount of  5.5 million dollars.It reccommended channeling part of the Ubangui river to lake Tchad  thereby uplifting its present size by 5400Sqkm..

Since  then the member countriis have been looking fruitlesslky for funds.

Make good use of the millions of unemployed youths and cut down cost by some 90 percent.

With some 15 to 20 thousand youths drawn from LCBC member countries plus the Central African Republic; the the river bed linking Ubangui river  to Lake Tchad can be efficiently realised in less than two years .The cost effectiveness of this method and the added advantage that it provides employment to jobless youth should not be overlooked by the members Countries of LCBC. Poverty alleviation ;Actionariat populaire might be the answer

 





During the campaigne for Burrkinabes presidential élection .I had the opportunity to listen to some of the Candidates.One who caught my attention and I found him very pertinent had as his agenda to fight poverty by making it possible for -Burkinabe lamnda- common man to own shares in  public lucrative companies.

Prior to listenning to this debate I had also listen to one Cameroonian evangelist over a local station who said he had presented a project to Government whereby each Cameroonian ,hosehold were to contriburte 10 000 fras so  we  can be able to build an express road between Yaoude and Doiuala under a build operate and transfer agreement

I find all these ideas very interesting just immagine the billuions multinationals make in each country in the Communication ; energy , mininng  transport  sectors etc, etc. Some of these infrastructure have been put up by Government  with heavty loans obtained from international financial institutions then some multinationals or rich individuals come exploit them  expatriat billions of profit  every year ,while  the poor man on the street through his taxe s pay the Loan contacted.

The result is that the gap between the rich and the poor continue to expand.In Cameroon.Studies by the Cameroon Institute of statistics says more than 8 millions cameroonians are living below poverty line   An increase of one million from last year figures; while at the same time the few rich have become richer.

If Government Can start by negotiating or imposing on public Companies to allot a certain percentage of their share capital to the man of the street this  will go a long way  to reduce poverty and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor.


Workers of such companies should be given the opportunities to buy shares , the local farmer,  petit traders bike riders etc etc should be helped and given the opportunity to buy shares.Well organ,ised institution like the  churches and social groups should be encourage to create hedge funds and subsequently buy shares or even take over some public utility Companies.

The result will be that some of the expatriated billions shall remain home , boost consomption and creat more jobs
