KEMI SEBA which means Black Star is a young Franco Senegalese in his thirties who since the age of 18 had made the fight for the affirmation of black personality and independence his lifetime struggle. KEM SEBA had been imprisoned a couple of times in France and finally deported to Africa for his Black affirmative actions .During a rally in Dakar to denounce the FCFA he openly burnt a 5000fr note in protest. He was sued by the Central Bank of West Africa.
The presiding Judge acquitted him and acknowledges He had a point to fight against the CFA.s
