According to a UN report rellayed by western media including RFI ;100 more casses of rape  have been reported against  UN forces in RCA.

The most despictable and sadist of all is that involving a French Millitary officer whose  dogs raped many RCA girls - 80  confessed casses already-

Sometime last year this very French contigent was accused of having raped and sodomised RCA children some as young as four years old. All we get from the French authorities is that la sanction sera examplaire but nothing seem to be done.
