"Heavy direct investment in African countries; faire prices for African raw material and a complete revamping of international gorvernance is what it takes to solve the refugee crises.
Solving African refugee problem shall also positively impact on the European economy as the growing middle class shall be a sure market for European products" These were the words of Nigers President
Issoufu during the Euro -African Summit in the small mediterenian sea island country of Malta on thursday the 12/11/2015.
The forum was to discuss how to curb the increasing number of refuggees crossing the medeterian sea every day for Europe.
The European delegation came with an aid package of 1900millions dollars.This amount will be used to aid African youths creat small enterprises and also to award scholarships and fight malnutrition.
The African delegation found this amount far short of the target . They complained that Turkey is to receive close to 2000 million dollars for the same purpose in under two years while lesser package destined for 28 vulnerable African Countries shalll be disbursed over a period of several years.
