War is the consequence of sin

When one reads the Bible which is the History of the Israelites coupled with her historic experience with God;s pedagogic reconciliation  with the human race which Started with Abraham and was accomplished with the advent of Jesus the Mesiah; one can not fail to logically  conclude that war is the logical consequence of sin.

It was through war that the descendants of Israel (Jacob) received from GOD and settled in the land of Cana.Read the book of Josua.

This came as as the results of the sins  (disgustings things )the original occupants (The cannanites, the Jebusites etc ) did what angered God. Leviticus 18; 24" Do not make yourselves unclean by any of these acts; for that is how the pagans made themselves unclean ;those pagans who lived in the land before you and whom the LORD is driving out so that you can go in".

What were those disgusting things?Leviticus 18;21-23 "Do not hand over any of your children to be used in the worship of the god molech,because that would bring disgrace to the name of GOD the LORD.No man is to have sexual relations with another man; GOD hates that.No man or woman is to have sexual relation with  an animal......." Read this and more in all of  Leviticus chapter 18.

While in the promise Land Israel didnot always respect the laws of God. That is why she was attacked looted destroyed and most of her children deported to foreign Lands.It was so with the Nortern Kingdom Israel in BC 722 and with the Southern Kingdom Judah in BC 605 and BC 587 when Jerusalem and the Temple were completly destroyed.

These did not come without warning .God did so through his messengers the prophets ,who included Isaah, Jerimia, Micah ; Amos.

Jerimia 2;34 "Your cloths are stained with the blood of the innocent not burglar"

Amos 6;14 The LORD GOD Almighty himself said  "People of Israel , I am going to send a foreign army to occupy your country......."

Jerimia 4,16  "They have come to warn nations and to tell Jerusalem that enemies are comming from a country far . These enemies will shout against the cities of Judah and will  surround Jerusalem......  because her people have rebelled aginst the LORD".The LORD has spoken

IN OUR TIMES WAR IS STILL THE CONSEQUENCE OF SIN

In 1917  while the first world war was raging The blessed Virgin Mary mother of Our LORD Jesus appeared to 3 Shepherd children in the Potuguise locality of FATIMA This was her message in brief "This war is as the result of sin, if man donot repent there will be a second and more devastating war and the second half of the 20th century  shall be full of human made and natural dissasters that shall culminate to the third world war and before then a very important man shall be assasinated.She also said that communism which is anti Christ  shall engulf the whole world if humanity do not repent and pray.

Practically all these prophesies came to pass( the assasination attempt on Pope John paul the seconds life is seen as the fulfilment of the 1917 prophecie)

Russia the founder of Communism  which persecuted believers fo close tho 70 years is now the defender of the faith.This is interpreted ans a positive response by many believers to Marys call for repentance and prayers.These brought some hopes to some of us that the third world war can be avoided like what obtainbed of old in NINEVEH .

The 21st century has seen humanity fighting God !Disgusting things mentioned in Leviticus 18 are being promoted by world leaders , Politicians, Multinationals; Media   etc The pressure   is so strong and almost irresitible because they use powerfull lobbies anbd falacious canopy of human right, blackmail, corruption etc etc every  thing is being done to drag  the world into the worship of Satan.

Like Pope Francis one can logically conclude that "these times are like a third world war" and also "Christians should be ready for end times"

Hope is not lost in the assurance words of CHRIST  "All power has been given to me in heaven and on earth"
Like the people of NINEVEH we need to repent and pray.
God save the human race

In the end my Immaculate Heart will triumph, Russia will be converted and there will be peace."

Boko haram to ten million Nigerian children

According to a UN report 10/ 30 million Nigerian kids are not attending school this accademic year.
Interviewed over BBC on the 23th of November 2015 a Nigerian official said  more than 75 percent of this number can be found in the Northern states and that most of the rest who are found in the East and the  Western states are school dropouts.

It means that in the North close to 8 millions children have never seen the four walls of a classroom!.This is a tragedie to Nigeria and to Africa.No doubt Boko Haram is sending human bombs to the neighbouring countries of Nigeria: Cameroon ,Tchad and Niger almost on a daily basis.They have got an  infinite supply from a very poorly exposed and badly indoctrinated youths.These youths believe they are taking a short cut to heaven like this 10 year old child once caught with explosinve in a maiduguri market.He told his iterlocutors his parents had asked him to be going a head to Heaven.

Most of these parents never attended and also  hate western education like this Nigerian man who arrived in the Cameroonian town of Kousseri to inherit his late brother and was very furious to learn his late brothers kids were attending the Government english primary school in town.He withdrew these kids from school and took them to Nigeria.

This is a very appalling situation if one can consider the fact that for close to 40/54 years of N,igerian indipendence power had resided in the Northern States and nothing was done by these powerful men to salvage the appaling situation of under scolarisation.

Nigeria and other African states in such a situation should as a matter of strategic  urgency  copy the examples of  great patriotic Statesmen like Bouguiba of Tunisia, Sankara of Burkina Fasso and Uncle Bob Mugabe of Zimbabwe.

When an enlighted dictator spends his whole life enlightening his people and imposing on them what is right and good for them[education and womens right] ,there will certainly come a time when the enlightened people will start seeing the errors of the guide[Bougiba and Ben Ali his faithfull disciple] and will ask to be associated in Nation building,

The groundwork of this great son of Tunisia is the brainchild behind the success of Tunisia's Arab spring, 

If according  Patrich Sappack 'an enlightened people do not need an enlightened leader' and also President Barack Obama' Nations need strong institution and not strong leaders',I will add that Nations building needs an enlightened and patriotic leader to create an enlightened people who will then put in place strong institutions.

For these reasons if I were part of the Tunisian quart-ed I will suggest that the nobel peace price be dedicated to President Bouguiba RIP.

As guest to the economic forum in Aix-en-Provence, Mr kako Nabukpo an ecomist of Togolese origin had this to say on F CFA (Communauté financière africaine),

the FCFA has a stable exchange rate with the Euro and African Countries members of this zone have the obligation to deposit 50 % of their foreign earnings in the French treasury.

in the year 2005 African countries members of this club had reserves in the French treasury that totaled 3600 milliards FCFA [72000 millions euros]nothing in paper according to him stops African countries from using this money to accompany their development effort,

 

FCFA frustrates African development effort

Money is supposed to assist a peoples growth and development effort,for this reason credits are necessary to the economy .The ratio of loaned money to PIB in the franc zone is 23%, in the euro zone is 100% .For this reason Franc zone countries will never attain emergence if the FCFA remains attached to the Euro.

We also see with the Greek case that economic adjustment with a weak economy attached to a strong currency is very difficult to achieve.How can we be credible in our speeches on emergence when we don't have a free hand to manage our currency?

Voluntary servitude

African countries refusal to use the more than 72 milliards euro stocked in the french treasury  is what I will describe as voluntary servitude.Someone who constitute himself out of free will as a slave to another human being.

According to the accord cadre of 1945 African countries are supposed to cover the monetary emission by 20%, it is  practically  100% now,  what then stops African Countries from using the surplus is what I cant understand.

In his article 'À qui profite réellement le franc CFA ?' Awa Sako concludes

'We can conclude that the FCFA profits first foreign companies,also foreign companies based in Africa who can repatriate their profits to Europe or America without fear of any exchange risks and also those who export to AFRICA where they have a reservoir of consumers without any restriction restriction,

In reality it represents a setback to competitiveness of the locale companies and also to the industrialization of Africa.

The 2011 report of the United Nations conference for commercial  and industrial  developments states  that Africa represented only 1% of manufactured products in the world'.

In his book 'F CFA et Euro contre lAfrique'professor Nicolas AGBOYOU of Ivorian nationality have got a lot of startling revelations.

In this book the learned professor describes the FCFA as 'Nazism monetaire 'what the occupying Nazi forces did to the French.

The  French to thank African countries for the help they accorded her in her liberation war against Germany now use the very slave master relationship [in the monetary field]on the African people.

The three central banks of the French zones are controlled by the french members who though a minority have veto powers so no decision can be taken by these banks that go against the french interest even if by all logic it be for the supreme interest of Africa.

The French charge African countries a staggering 25% of face value to print her currency e.g if Cameroon request the french to print 100millions FCFA 25 millions of this amount will be for the french. 

French nationals are favoured in the award of business loans by African central banks to the indigenous  business class, these and many more unbelievable revelations can be seen in this book.

It is a compelling necessity for the franc zone Africa to have a sovereign say on her currency if she is to develop,leaving the French tutelage is not negotiable.

Refugee crises; Marshall plan is the answer

Solving African refugee problem shall also positively impact on the European economy as the growing middle class  shall be a sure market for European products" These were the words of Nigers President
Issoufu  during the Euro -African Summit in the small mediterenian sea island country of Malta on thursday the 12/11/2015.

The forum was to discuss how to curb the increasing number of refuggees crossing the medeterian sea every day for Europe.

The European  delegation came with an aid package of 1900millions dollars.This amount will be used to aid  African youths creat small enterprises and  also to award scholarships  and  fight malnutrition.

The  African delegation found this amount far short of the target . They complained that Turkey is  to receive close to 2000 million dollars for the same purpose in under two years while lesser package  destined for 28 vulnerable  African Countries shalll be disbursed over a period of several years.

Cameroon: Government overtakes confssional as numbr one provider of basic education

Government overtakes confessional schools as mean provider of basic education in Cameroon  West of the Mungo.Case study Bui Division.

In the 2014/2015 accademijc year Bui Division had an overall enroolment in primary school -nursery schools not oincluded- enrolment of 65 522 pupils .Of this total public schools had a lion share of 43 804 representing 66.9% of the overrall enrolment.This is likely to be the same trend in all the divisions in the North west and South West regions.

Prior to independence and Reunification basic education in the former west Cameroon -North west and South West Regions- was essentially provided by confessional institutions (Catholics, Presbyterians  and Baptist missions)  This was because the colonial administration had conducted studies which showed that educating the citizens through confessional schools cost the public treasury 70% less than government providing it herself.

This status quo continued to the nineties when Government thanks to the bitter economic crises suspended subvention to confessional schools. The subvention had since return but piece mail. With cost of  education becoming more and more out of reach of average parents.they have no choice but to send children to  public schools.

                           Advantages of confessional schools over public schools

The whole person is trained both in his/her spritual and temporal dimension .This is good  for the individual and the commununity.Generally in Cameroon Anglophones of the older generatjion are  viewed all over Cameroon as generally honest and more reliable citizens.  This can be credihted according to me to the confessional education backgropund of most of them.

Confessional  education is cheaper to the public treasury than  public education.As already stated above , immagine a scenario where Government outsource the entire basic education to the confessional provider , we are talking here of the treasury economising thousand of millions which can be used to other priority areas like roads; portable water supply , building and equiping more hospitals etc etc

Personnel is rationally utilised for more effective results .Confessional schools have generally registered better results than government schools despite the meagre resources put at their dispossal

Most Cameroonians parents will chose confessional education if given a chance than public  scoools

A critical view of the case study of the six council areas of Bui division will reveal that council areas crossed by the Ring road -Jakiri, Kumbo and Nkum-where some petty trading takes place have above divisional average of 31 %.This is the clear indication that  most Cameroonian parents  will go for confessional education for their Children if their opinion were to be soth.

So for rational and optimum utilisation of public resources; for the respect ojf the  general public opinion; Government should increase subvention to confessional institutions and make them partner no one for the provision of at least basic education to Cameroon Children.
